CityCenter Condo

CityCenter was completed in 1993 as one of the very first condominiums in downtown Buffalo. This stunning 11th floor, 2, 744 s.f. condo at City Centre was completely renovated in 2018. The renovation of condo included new hardwood floors, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, high end kitchen appliances, a showstopper chandelier over the island, and a unique custom designed door.

Upscale Residential Conversion

This residential conversion of an existing historic manufacturing building in Buffalo took place in 2018. The theme was industrial, incorporating old manufacturing equipment into the design. The design for the new residence included 18’ ceiling heights, new polished concrete floors, a mezzanine, a residential elevator, a central vac system, and high-end kitchen and bathroom finishes and appliances.
