Steve Savidge will be the primary contact between client and CityView Construction Management. He will be the single point of responsibility to the client. He will handle all aspects of the projects including budgets and schedules. Steve will initiate meetings and understand the objectives.
Bill Jones, as president of CityView, will ensure all necessary resources are available to Steve Savidge in order to lead the project to success. He has managed an excess of $150 million in construction work in the Buffalo area. He will monitor the progress, budget, and schedule of all projects. He will attend design meetings and provide input and advice on the project as it progresses through all phases of design and construction.
Other current or new team members will be added to the CityView team as required.
